This is NOT insurance. This is a discount medical program that provides access to discounted prices from participating healthcare providers. The plan does not make payments directly to providers. Your membership will automatically renew each month unless you cancel. Please read our membership terms and conditions for cancellation details or contact our customer support. Savings percentages are based on provider-contracted rates and may vary depending on location and provider.

This program is NOT insurance coverage and does not meet the minimum creditable coverage requirements under the Affordable Care Act or Massachusetts M.G.L. c. 111M and 956 CMR 5.00. It contains a 30-day cancellation period, provides discounts only at the offices of contracted health care providers, and each member is obligated to pay the discounted medical charges in full at the point of service. The range of discounts for medical or ancillary services provided under the program will vary depending on the type of provider and medical or ancillary service received. Member shall receive a reimbursement of all periodic membership fees if membership is canceled within the first 30 days after the effective date. The discount program provides access to the Aetna Dental Access® network, which is administered by Aetna Life Insurance Company (ALIC). ALIC does not offer or administer the discount program, and is not an affiliate, agent, or principal of the discount program. Dental providers are independent contractors and not employees or agents of ALIC. ALIC does not provide dental care or treatment and is not responsible for outcomes.

 Lab Services not available in the following states: Quest: AZ, NJ, NY, and RI.  At Home Tests: NJ, NY, and RI. 

Certain services may not be available in all geographical locations. 

This program is not available to VT, UT, or WA residents.
